Had a lapse...

Yesterday was hard. I fell off the wagon. I ate some crap and felt really awful about it afterward. I woke up today feeling really sluggish and basically like I had been run over by a truck. The truest form of cause and effect I can think of. So, today has been better.

I ate yogurt and an apple for breakfast with a cup of tea. Having a generous portion of scrambled eggs that my beautiful sister is making for me as we speak, for lunch. Later, I am taking her to dinner at a Japanese Restaurant to have some yummy sashimi, hibachi, and sushi. I'll get plenty of protein and vegetables then.

Cheers to a good evening of healthy choices!!!

Exercise & Supplements

I am involved in a wonderful organization called Team Beachbody. I am a coach, though I have not had the opportunity to do much in the way of coaching others, as I have was ill most of 2011. I do however know many, many people that have had wonderful experiences and success with their products and exercise programs. One I have tried myself is TurboFire and I love it. Very energetic and keeps you on your toes.

I product that I will stand by is Shakeology. It has numerous supplements that would cost hundreds of dollars to collect seperately, but offered together for a mere fraction of the price. If this interests you, you can visit my website for information and ordering should you like what you see. Again, if you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.

Day One of the End

Greetings,

I am a 33 year old female that has been fighting the losing battle of weight loss since I was in high school. Like most everyone, I've tried damn near every fad diet, diet pills, crazy cleanses, and just about anything that someone told me would make me lose weight. To name a few diets, Adkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, and The Weight Loss Plate. Well, I think its safe to say, none of them worked long term for me. Now, I want to be clear that the merit of these diets are not the question, but my long term devotion to them is.

I have recently been told about a new diet called the 17 day diet. It is similar to the the South Beach diet, in the foods you eat and the way it kick starts your body into weight loss, but works in 17 day cycles. Today, I started Day 1 of the first cycle entitled Accelerate. It is, like I said, designed to kick start your weight loss. It further continues your weight loss by the use of calorie confusion to keep you from getting bored with the foods you eat. Follow the link below to see a WebMD informative evaluation on the diet to see if it is for you.

In the following weeks, I will document my journey through the cycles and give hints and suggestions on what I have found to be easy to get through the diet. Be sure to ask any question you might have.
